Classic eastern music drenched in acid house. The two initiators are Guido Minisky and Hervé Carvalho, famous & tireless parisian DJ behind Acid Arab. In 2012 the project sprouted after parties spent to dream up new sounds & frontiers. In 2014, Acid Arab goes through the roof thanks to an appealing mixture between North Africa, Egypt or Turkey musics and electronics sounds from pioneering to current techno.
Today the duet releases its first LP, Collections with full support of their friends from Versatile Records and abroad. Finally they succeeded in gathering a lot of seasoned musicians from both side of Mediterranean See who delivered impish arabic-house edits and psyche-oriented new productions. Listen to the “Collection” and continue with that uncommon mixtape made by Guido & Hervé for Ice FM to extend the no border trip.
